I have another quirk besides the cache one. When I click on one
of my website pages on my hard drive I get this:

To help protect your security, Internet Explorer stopped this
site from installing an ActiveX control on your computer. Click
here for options."

but when I AM on the internet -- this doesn't happen for the
page. Now I have looked in "help" in the pop-up blocker
business and this is the line it gives. But I have unchecked
the block it told me too and it still happens on my hard drive.
So what else do I need to do?
