Hi Group.
I have Win XP Pro, 1.2 Gig Processor, 512 Meg Ram, 40 Gig Hard Drive
partitioned in 3 equal partitions, I live in Florida, I want to set up to
allow my son in Indianapolis to be able to access my computer and help me
with problems when needed. I have NS Anti Virus Beta, Zone Alarm, I Click
Maintenance, As-Subtract, Ad-Aware, AVG, Spyware Search and Destroy, Spyware
Blaster all disabled. I have all the latest Windows updates including SP2.
Windows built in Firewall is disabled.
When I go to Help Support and click on ask for assistance, then click
on Ask a friend to connect to my computer for remote assistance I get a
dialog box stating that my systems setting DO NOT allow me to do this.
Everything is either turned of or disabled. Where else can I check.
HELPPPPPP?
