So where is the patch?  I have been thru 3 notes with links and still don't 
know where the patch is..???...I HATE that when a site offers info but you 
have to go round in circles instead just Patch and then download.  I never 
can figure that all out..I get lost.

Christine,
     This became a question for me when the time change rules (law?) were
changed. This is what I think happens; Windows will update the time only 
when a
patch tells it to. So, if you don't install the patch, the time change will
occur under the old rules. I installed the patch when it became available. 
Also,
I agree with you about IE7. I'm not installing it until I have to.
