There are some severe disadvantages to using ICS.  Here's just two of
them...

1.  Extreme slow down.  Many 56K modem users feel lucky when they connect at
speeds in the 40+K range.  With two computers sharing a connection they each
will be luck to see 20+K connection rates.

2.  The computer hosting the internet connection MUST be turned on whenever
the other computer wants to use the Internet.

For these two reasons I would suggest each computer have their own
connection and the users take turns logging on.
