I went to www.aol.com and could not find those options either. Why don't
you just minimize whatever browser you use with cox.net and start up regular
AOL?
And, did you know you can save some $$ by changing your AOL service to the
BRING YOUR OWN ISP type?
I would also suggest you go to AOL HELP and do their online chat help,
it's slick and the techs know what they are doing.
