I'm glad you mentioned that as was thinking about trying roadrunner's 
stuff - heck I pay them enough each month I should take advantage of it -

i had nortons, paid $24 to renew, then i couldnt get it to work , no updates
etc. deleted it all. went to ezarmour. free first yr. from roadrunner....

And we don't have to spend our time to update Norton --it is
done automatically for the $19.95.  Don't know what anyone elses
time is worth, but mine is worth more than the pennies a day I
spend on Nortons.

If you have to spend hours updating because a free system is
overloaded which I've read many times on this list -- then no
thanks -- I'll keep my Nortons and my MS Spyware Beta (both
automatic).
