I've beaten this horse several times here before,
but I can not pass up a
chance like this to beat it again.... Try the
manufacturers Tech Support.

Have you communicated with Trend Micro Support?
When I had install problems
on one of my computers, I contacted them by
phone, got some troubleshooting
steps and then sent them a couple of log files so
they could examine them.
A day or so later, I had a reply, followed the
recommendations and the
install worked.

Trend Micro Internet Security 2007 is a fine
product. I am pleased with
their tech support. Give them a chance....
screen readers have unique
demands on a system and installed software and
that may require the
knowledge available at Trend Micro to resolve any
problems. They would
certainly be far more qualified than most of us
here... especially when the
problem is something more complex than the
general level problems we work
with here.

In your case, I think you would be doing yourself
and Trend Micro a
disservice if you don't give them a chance to
resolve the problem.
