Hi Gaynel...I could be wrong here, but I dont believe its something that you
can set for OTHERS to see. It depends on what their default setup is on their
own pc. If they prefer to view documents in Normal view, then thats how it will
open in their pc. Its easy to change once they get it and if memory serves,
they can change their default view quite easily.

Hi,
When I send a Word document, I always send it as a Print View because I
like seeing the edges of the paper. But, everyone who receives it says they
are receiving it in Normal View.
How can I change this so everyone receives it in Print View?
