I have Windows Vista Home Premium, does this mean it is more difficult for
me to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate as opposed to Windows 7 Home Premium?
I am asking because I am offered a really good price through work for
Premium and Ultimate also.

Thanks,
Christy

Does anyone know of any sites that offer Windows 7 Ultimate at a Student
discount? I know Microsoft runs http://www.theultimatesteal.com but all they
have is Home Premium (I think). When I bought this PC, I got Vista Ultimate
so I would need to either get 7 Ultimate, or format and reload (which I'd
rather not do). Also, I know that only Dell (my manufacturer) can answer
this, but if I upgraded to 7, would that affect my warranty?
