Sandi, The reason we played with the printer was because you were having problems with your drive letters moving around on you. I had you disable the Generic volume associated with the USB slots on your printer and the problem stopped. That's when you told me that you actually use the card reader slots on the printer, so we had to re-enable them again. The end result was that you would leave them disabled in Control Manager so that you could easily re-enable them whenever you needed to use one of the card reader slots. Unfortunately, none of this has anything to do with Windows Installer. That means the fix I gave you for that was in a different thread. I'm on my way out to stock up on supplies, so I'll see if I can locate it among my own archives later tonight.
