I finely got the browser and also the OE 5 to say what I want in the Title Bar,
The name of the string is Window Title, There wasn't any string there named
that so I finely made one.

In regedit, go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
and change the Window Title entry.
