Lil,
    Open up the program and then go to Mode > Advanced Mode.  Next, click on
the Settings item which will be near the bottom left corner of the app.
Click on the newly shown Settings item under the one that just opened up.
Scroll down til you reach the Automation area and make the necessary changes
to the System Start section as needed.
