Gman,

First, as far as being certifiable, Thanks... finally I have a certification
for something! tee hee!

I am ready....... I would love to see them. I would prefer to have them up
front and be able to see how they would impact me either before or AS I am
setting up the new PC.
The new PC setup is going to take some work...and I knew that going into it.
Right now I have to take it back and get them to get some stuff straight....
If not...they are going to get it to keep....lol!

Jerry says if I am not happy, I can just take it back and go to Compaq or
Gateway..or Dell..and I said..so I will have to mail it in...or we have to
do the repair ourselves if they send the parts. (Not a biggie..but..Fry's
does offer a five yr warranty.... and that does give me cause for thought)
They sell other brands besides their own...so we shall see.
This is the store where I bought the Sony.... so I know their service is
ok..just slow......

I love your mind..and have over the years always admired not only your
ability and willingness to help others, but with the quality of your help
and heart in doing so.
Rose

Hiya Rose,
Well, I've spent a good deal of time staring at your configuration
(received offlist), rewriting it, contemplating and rewriting it again and
have come to a number of conclusions.

1. As we all know, there's a fine line between crazy and genius. I've
slowly come to the realization that you're not crazy, you're certifiable!
Of course in my book, that's a GREAT thing! You've taken some of the things
I often suggest for others and have FAR exceeded my own system of
organization. I find the system you've been developing absolutely
fascinating. Of course, the most important thing is that you're comfy with
it. That means the difference between total organization and total chaos.
But you're already aware of that.

2. I have no intention of telling you to change things. This is your
system, so it must be set up YOUR way. However, I have numerous suggestions
for you to consider (some more major than others), but suggestions is all
they are. From the ideas I send your way, pick only the ones that make
sense to you and the approach you take to keeping things in order.

3. In order for me to solidify my ideas & suggestions on all of this, I
have more questions I need answered. Some are based on your current setup,
some focus on your approach and some are focused on future considerations.

Just let me know when you're ready to field them. :O)

Peace,
GMan
