got that sorted out. had go thru a tech for the program to get it solved. I
had to activate something thru control panel adminis tools ---I actually had
to play a hid n seek with the icons to figure which one I needed cause what
the tech wrote didn't match the path he wrote ......had NO idea there was
anything involved with anything to do outside the program. But at least now
the auto update download works.
