Not just one sender.  Sender did not require receipt.  Problem exists 
no matter what option is selected under receipts.

Moving the dbx file to a different mailstore did not help.  I'm on 
vacation or I would have moved the dbx file to a different computer.

I finally just used my attachment extractor and stripped the messages 
then deleted the folder.  Restarted OE6.  Will see if the problem 
still exists when I get more mail from the group.
