Is the SPAM e-mail in text, or is it actually a gif? I've had some come
through that "look" like text, but are actually a gif file that looks like
regular text. If this is the case, the rule cannot read the gif file and
therefore doesn't work on that SPAM. In other words, the problem is not the
rule.
You can determine if this is the case easily by looking at the e-mail on the
mail server with one of the many e-mail notifier programs (free and for $s)
and see if there is an attachment to the e-mail.
