At least it worked!  Unplugging it removed all power from the printer which 
caused all of the volatile memory to dump everything stored in it... 
including the anomaly that caused the error to start with.  Without 
unplugging it, the memory never would have lost power and likely never lost 
the anomaly.  That is why I included it in the instructions I sent.
