Go to TOOLS > ACCOUNTS > and PROPERTIES on the accounts not showing up.In the
GENERAL tab, make sure the bottom where it says INCLUDE THIS ACCOUNT WHEN
RECEIVING MAIL OR SYNCHRONIZING has a check mark in it. Then, let us know if
that fixes the problem.

Using Outlook 2002 XP. OS = WinMe. I've got eleven pop3 accounts. Only
the 1st 10 show up in the accounts dropdown and in the send/receive
dropdown. The 11th account does show up when I do a send/receive all.
I've had as many as 15 accounts before and they all showed up. Anyone
have any idea why it isn't now? This is a stand alone version, not MS
  Exchange.
