Sandy, I'd like you to start up a list of things for me to check when we get out systems connected. This should be near the top of the list since it's easy to check what kind of account you're currently using. It sounds like you're on a limited account and an Admin level account is needed for making certain types of changes to a system's settings. If necessary, I'll create an Admin account you can use for such things.
