I don't know if this is an option or not. I have never ask them if they
could send someone out. Thanks for the idea though. I just got a message
back from the main office and she is picking up an adapter and bringing it
along to be sure I have the right one. So I think I am finally on the right
track and I will see if I can figure it out with the right equipment!
