Easiest way I can think of is to go to 'Control Panel' and Norton Live Update should show up there. You may be able to right click on the 'Live Update" icon in Control Panel and place the shortcut on your desktop. Do NOT put anything in space when prompted for your password, just Left Click and it should accept as you did not give any password for Administrator. Control Panel is the third entry on the right after you click on the 'START' button. Hope this is of help. So far I am not having much luck. When I open C drive I don't seem to have the same access to user files in documents section.. Ideas??? I am also often getting a notice that I need permission and to log on as an administrator. Since I am the only one who uses the computer and set it up I would think that I would be the administrator. Now when I set it up I did not use a password. Some thoughts would be appreciated.
