G, this seems like a good time for me to pause and study your 
tutorial--Manual Backups (Revisited).  As I skimmed the first and second 
page a lot of things are making sense that didn't before.
Next I plan to highlight Backups in my external storage file and make 
another new folder in the right pane and name it My Documents (in 
preparation for copying to it) Or is that necessary?  Should I just drop the

My Docs into the Backups folder and choose copy here?  Maybe all of these 
questions are answered in your tutorial.  If so, I apologize for getting 
ahead of the "game".  I will go study now!
