Christy, in Excel, while in the document that's printing in B&W, go to =
PRINT PREVIEW. Once in there, click on SETUP. Then go to the last tab, =
SHEET. In there, there's a caption labeled BLACK AND WHITE. Make sure =
its unchecked. Then hit OK.

I dont think so Judith because it prints out my microsoft Word documents =
in=20
color as I had saved them.
