Does the keyboard still work after the mouse dies?

  Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Dell Problems

This is a continuation of the problems I'm having with my mouse not working
all the time with my e-mail address book and also with a quilt design
program. I tried drawing a quilt block with my Quilt Pro program, and the
mouse won't work with that, either - I try to start a line at a certain
point, and the cursor drops it down a ways so that I can't draw it on the
right grid line. I thought it was just scrolling through files that
wouldn't work, but I guess there's more things that are popping up that will
  not work right.
Now I'm wondering how many of my other programs that I want to put on here
are going to give me trouble.

G-Man, can you please try to find the driver for the XPS-420 mouse that you
though might help me - I sure hate to have to do a System Restore if
something else might fix the problem!

  Thanks,

  Sue in Bridgeport, Mi.
