Found the problem after 13 hours - the update from Trend Micro
today screwed up my computer. Finally when I went back to Dec
27th (as far back as I could go). It worked plus I didn't agree
to update and I shut it down for now.
Computer is not freezing up. So now I'm about to tell them how
"UNHAPPY" I am!
