I forgot to mention earlier that I am also running a utility called
Malwarebytes's Anti-Malware that gives me a right click context menu entry I
can use on individual files at will. I've been using it on every file that
I download and it's caught 4 items already. I find this much easier on the
heart than waiting for one of my TSR's to pop up during a test install.

Like everything else, be sure to update your Anti-whatevers before running
them on your system. :O)
