Hi,
Got a MyBook External Hard Drive in March. Once the
Button Manager was installed the computer became over
loaded-the CPU usage shot up to 100% from 4%. It took
10 minutes just to pull up another application. After
several attempts to get it to work right my system
became unstable and shut down. When I tried to restart
I got a message that said "no hard drive found". Prior
to installing the MyBook the the computer worked fine.
I want to get the computer working again; I do not
have a lot of experience in this area. I am thinking
this should be an easy fix, maybe a just a new hard
drive. Do you have any advice or any recommendations
for information sources that would be helpful to me?
