Installation troubles ? Theoretically, installing software is a relatively simple task. You just insert a software disc or click on a downloaded installation program. But we've all run into problems installing software at some point or other. Assuming your computer can handle the software, what do you do? Sometimes running the installation program again will do the trick. That's not always the case, unfortunately. You can also run into trouble uninstalling a program. Maybe Windows won't let you remove the program. Or maybe an uninstalled program lingers in your add/remove program list. You probably have corrupt installation information. In that case, run Microsoft's Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. It will help you get things back in order. This program won't actually uninstall software. Rather, it simply cleans the installation information.
