This works for Win98 and older, but not necessarily for NT-based
versions of Windows.

Also, you generally can't copy the files when they are in use.
CasperXP probably (I haven't had a chance to look at it closely yet)
uses a Windows feature called shadow copying to copy files while they
are in use. Other utilities, such as from PowerQuest, use a boot
floppy to ensure that the files are not in use.
