[pchelpers] oddity

out of lurking briefly. Strange thing happening. Been getting mail that I'm
sending out mail in Cc which I'm not so I experimented and sent mail to
myself in the to and bcc and got back six tests in To and Cc only. Wanna
explain this? I'm tired of getting back nasty notes and lectures asking me
if I know how to use Bcc.
Please no lectures or a zillion places to go just try and give a reasonable
explanation and remedy. Thank you.
