Possibly Susan. Most current notebooks have USB 2 and double layer DVD R/W
drives. I am sure your notebook has USB 2. I have double layer DVD but I use
ordinary DVD since I have no need for 8 GB storage on them.
My only question is the DVD read write or just read with CD R/W.
