Thanks everyone for your responses. I simply tried again and it worked.
During my first attempt I refreshed several times but kept getting the error
message. Scott must have been right when he said the problem was with the
page itself since I did nothing except try again. Thanks all.

Could it be you need the cumulative patch? You can find it here
