Now that should be a easy one. Open OL express, click file and in the drop down menu choose import. Then pick "messages", answer the questions and show it where you have the other OL messages stored and it will import the messages and folders over. You can also do your address book to. I see an option for mail settings but haven't tried that. I also have a free program for backing up and restoring and importing settings and mail folders for Ol express if you are interested.
