Now that should be a easy one.
Open OL express, click file and in the
drop down menu choose import.
Then pick "messages", answer the questions
and show it where you have the other OL
messages stored and it will import the
messages and folders over. You can also
do your address book to. I see an option for
mail settings but haven't tried that. I also have a
free program for backing up and restoring and importing settings
and mail folders for Ol express if you are interested.

OK, I figured out how to drag and drop this stuff from the cd to xp.

I haven't figured out how to have it show up when I click start, "all
  programs" though.

And, I also need to know where the settings are for outlook express. I want
to add some things there, folders and address book and so forth. I need
  help doing that please.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
