[pchelpers] Update did not instal

Hi John,
This is the second day that I am desperately trying to get help from
PCHelpers. One of the Microsoft updates did not install. No matter
what I do it just will not install. I wrote about it today, but I am
not getting any help. I am a little in a panic about this, because it
does say that it is a critical update.
Here is the information again.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Security Update for
Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows
7, and Windows Server 2008 R2 (KB953297)
Installation date: 16/10/2009 11:46 AM

Error details: Code 643
Update type: Important
A security issue has been identified that could allow an
unauthenticated remote attacker to compromise your system and gain
