I did 'copy/paste' from the help menu to outlook express.

To turn off System Restore

  1.. Open System Properties.=20
  2.. Ensure that the Turn off System Restore check box is selected.=20

Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.=20
To turn on System Restore
