He's good to go now, John. He accidentally unchecked the option to
print drawings. I didn't quite have the right option selected in his
case, but had directed him to the right screen, & he saw that the
option to print drawings was unchecked. A quick tick & it printed as
before.
1 more problem resolved by the PC Helpers list! Give yourself a pat on
the back for starting it.
