Did you get an answer from AOL? Are you sure that was the right email
address for getting help from AOL?
Did you send Jackie the email headers of the spam email you didn't send?
If you did, that answer never appeared on PC Helpers.
I'm confused - you said you didn't find this email in your Sent folder.
Where was it? How did you notice it?
