[pchelpers] Fw: a installer not going away

Hi everyone,
A sister has a install file (I think) left on her computer that will not go
away. It is called:
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\7zS0586\setup\Status\
We looked for it in the temp files, used a registry cleaner, tried to rename it
in System 32, also turned it off in the task manager and tried to delete it, we
got rid of it in prefetch, and we tried to find it in the registry - we could
not get rid of this thing. It sits on that sister's computer when it boots up
and mocks us.
Any ideas of what we can try? Has anybody ever seen that in connection with
Bitdefender?
