[pchelpers] 2 1/2 questions - 2 about Dell options (1/2 about java still)

These are some Dell options.

#1.
What is a Memory Key for a floppy drive?  I didn't understand these =
options:
      Floppy Drive and Additional Storage Devices  Help Me Choose=20

      I am wondering about the last one listed here.
      Does this burn dvd's and copy cd's?  Is that correct?
      Would you recommend that one?

      I can't click any of the 'help me choose' as when I do I get that =
same annoying java beep sound and nothing happens but the screen stays =
the same.  It will not open those pages. =20

      I sure wish I could correct that issue I have with this =
computer!!!!=20
