I believe that this is partly true. I believed that a router was just that. I
now know that it can be attacked with a virus and changed mine because of
erratic behavior. The operatives at Talk Talk did not know that. Whether it's
the Russians or our lot, who knows? I suspect that people like me will not be
able to go online at home in a time of crisis. Knowing the devious controls
that they already use, I believe it's our government doing the dirty work.
