I've circulated this for three reasons.
You can modify the email address as shown below for your own police area.
Using that address it will go to lower ranks who will read the email and no
doubt talk about it.
I have added a final paragraph about there being no poison gas.

Subject: Complaint of serious crime.
Dear Chief Constable, Gloucestershire Constabulary.
TREASON
I write to report treason committed by the Rt Hon Mrs Theresa May MP, Her
Majesty’s Prime Minister.
In times of national emergency Her Majesty’s ministers are expected to take
emergency action for the protection of Her Majesty, the British Kingdom and
each of Her Majesty’s natural born subjects. This is a vital part of the
responsibility we entrust to them in their service to Her Majesty and to the
nation.
The bombing of Syrian targets has not been in response to imminent attack upon
Her Majesty or her people and neither Syria nor her Russian ally presented
immediate danger to the United Kingdom. It is incumbent upon the government of
the day under such circumstances to do two things. First, to seek the
authority of Her Majesty to unleash any military power on another country
before such act of war can be undertaken and second, to obtain by majority vote
the prior sanction of both Houses of Parliament before any such proposal is
placed before Her Majesty with a request that in her capacity as supreme
governor of the United Kingdom, she authorize such act of war against another
country, no matter the consensus of opinion about that other country’s politics
or its government.
Failing to seek and receive Her Majesty’s authority as our supreme governor,
Mrs May has imagined the death of Her Majesty as sovereign Queen of England
from which all her other titles superiorities and supremacies flow. This
constitutes a major act of treason contrary to the 1351 Treason Act. In
bypassing both Houses of Parliament, Mrs May has overawed both Houses. This
constitutes an act of treason contrary to sec 3 of the 1848 Treason Felony Act.
Both of these treason Acts are still fully in force. Indeed treason is still
the most grievous crime in English law that it is possible to commit.
I require from you as the Chief Constable of Gloucestershire, a major crime
book number for these offences committed by Mrs May and I ask that
Gloucestershire Police undertake an investigation into the matter as these
allegations are based firmly in recent publicly known events. You will of
course require sound legal advice about these serious offences, each of them
contrary to English Constitutional and Common Law.
By her own independent actions without proper authority Mrs May and the British
Government she represents have, contrary to law, brought upon the British
nation and indeed Her Majesty the potential for war with Russia - a war we
could not possibly win as we are not suitably equipped particularly should it
escalate to a nuclear conflict. It is the lifelong born duty of every British
subject, most especially of British politicians, to protect and keep safe Her
Majesty, the nation and our families.
You may not be aware that the independent OPCW inspected the two bombed
establishments and found no poisonous gases there . I copy item 11 of there
most recent report.
’11. In accordance with paragraph 11 of Council decision EC-83/DEC.5, the
second round of inspections at the Barzah and Jamrayah facilities of the SSRC
was concluded on 22 November 2017. The results of the inspections were reported
as an addendum (EC-87/DG.15/Add.1, dated 28 February 2018) to the report
entitled “Status of Implementation of Executive Council Decision EC-83/DEC.5
(dated 11 November 2016)” (EC-87/DG.15, dated 23 February 2018). The analysis
of samples taken during the inspections did not indicate the presence of
scheduled chemicals in the samples, and the inspection team did not observe any
activities inconsistent with obligations under the Convention during the second
round of inspections at the Barzah and Jamrayah facilities.’
Yours sincerely, John Timbrell. Cider Mill Cottage. Drybrook. Glos. GL17 9EZ.
