To Elizabeth Denham, You might think that Alan Dransfield is just a little man
who you and your establishment supporters can ignore, but I can assure you,
that many other little men and women on the Brexiit and Patriots lists are also
watching your actions and inaction's with interest. Each time you act illegally
more and more are becoming interested in how you and the establishment react.
You are becoming a liability to those establishment figures who are being
tarred by the same brush as yourselves. I'm not suggesting your next move, as
Alan has done, just pointing out that many are watching. John Bercow in
particular is in a very precarious position, because he allows parliament to
act outside the constraints of our constitution, so he might force the issue as
a diversionary tactic. Make no mistake, each time you use the unlawful Alan
Dransfield vexatious court case to ignore FOI requests, the numbers of your
enemies is increasing. Some of your friends might desert you when your crimes

Further to my complaint to you about 3 hr ago. I now wish to make a formal
complaint against the UK Information Commissioner who has unlawfully blocked my
Subject Access Request (SAR)
Moreover and more importantly the ICO and a Myriad of Public Authorities are in
wilful breach of the GDPR 2018 and the prior relevant DPA1998. .

is processed lawfully, transparently, and for a specific purpose.
That means people must understand why their data is being processed, and how it
is being processed, while that processing must abide by GDPR rules."

You knew or you should have known that my Good Family Name Dransfield has been
used unlawfully and disseminated world wide without my permission, thus you
have breached the DATA 1998 and new regulation GDPR 2018.Moreover this breach
is happening on a daily bais by rogue PA's,Rogue ICO officers and Rogue Judges
more often than not acting in concert to pervert the course of justice.
My allegations can be verified by a simple 5 minute ocular inspection of the
Devon County Council Legal Document ie the As Built Health and Safety File
(ABHSF)for the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Bridge which carries irrefutable evidence
the Bridge was not provisioned with any Lightning Protection whatsoever and
proves without a shadow of doubt my original; FOIA request WAS a serious
purpose and WAS in the public interest and I WAS NOT abusing the FOIA system.
In essence the ABHSF exonerates me from all the allegations made against me by
the DCC/ICO/Judge Wikeley and Court of Appeal Judges. Incidentally, the ABHSF
has been removed from the DCC website., quell surprise. I am but a simple
layman but I fervently do believe the ABHSF is sufficient credible tangible
evidence for a Public Inquiry into the conduct of the ICO/Department of Justice
and HMCT involved with skullduggery designed to pervert the course of justice.
In layman's language the Dransfield Vexatious precedent was designed by the ICO
as a Legal Loophole,a get out of jail free card and they have driven a bus
thru' the FOIA 2000 AND the DATA98 /GDPR 2018
Suggestions and recommendation.
1. Owing to the gravity of my allegations you should be suspended on full pay
whilst and independent investigation and Police Criminal Inquiry is undertaken.
2.. This allegation cannot and should not be investigated by the Cheshire ICO
or Cheshire Police.
3 Cease and desist the use of the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent
Immediately.
4 The name of Dransfield should be removed from each and every document on the
current ICO Database. which includes 8500 Decision Notices.
5 In the event my allegations against Ms Denham and other ICO Officers are
upheld Ms Denham should be terminated immediately and arrested .
The ICO should be fined the max of £500k for serious DATA Beaches and in
particular section 173 of the GDPR 2018 and section 77 of the FOIA 2000 and
section 12(4)(b) of the EIR A 2004.
6. Please note I have included the Scottish ICO in this Skeleton Argument
because there is evidence you have acted in concert with the Scottish ICO and
they have now introduced the Dransfield Vexatious Courts Precedent unlawfully..
Notwithstanding the veracity of my allegations, the gravity of my assertions
behoves your office to ensure this matter is brought to the Executive Board of
the ICO in the first Instance.Thisletter is not intended to be scurrilous or
vexatious,it is factual supported by fact and more importantly supported by a
Devon County Council Legal Document,ie the ABHSF.
