I have never been involved in fabrication, spin or lies. I pursue the truth

Despite hackers (who still control my facebook, and send me stupid messages
pretending to be facebook - attached), who are clearly paedophiles as to the
lengths they have gone to sabotage my petition for children 8 days - the
petition is still going. We are now back up to where we were a few days ago.
Last Friday evening the media broke the news of a jury's findings in a
Liverpool Crown Court child abuse case (Ellie-May). This was 2 days after I
had launched my petition to help prevent another avoidable child death in the
UK, and around the world. We have an international steering committee of 25
people from countries across the world; we are united in our vision for a
better world for all, in particular for children. We fear for the future of
children.
My children's petition asks for a change in the law, so that we have stiff
sentences + hefty fines + publicity for all who cover up for child abuse.
I have organized a demonstration to take place at 9.30am outside the Liverpool
Crown Court for the sentencing hearing of Ellie-May's mother and partner.
Ellie-May was 19 months old when she died last year in Preston, a victim of
child abuse - there was also a lodger in the home, but he was not on trial.
I will be writing to both the Attorney General & the Liverpool Crown Court
Trial Judge next week requesting that the Government announces on 16.11.2018
that it intends to change the law to make covering up for child abuse to be a
criminal offence accompanied by stiff sentences + hefty fines; monies thus
generated to compensate victims of child abuse and to lift children out of
poverty. Clearly the more signatures + comments we can get asap the better.

We are indeed fortunate that the Spider's Web documentary was released
mid-September 2018 - it has had nearly 880,000 views since then. It is our

3-4 Tory MPs eg Michael Fallon MP on that committee and 1 LibDem MP (a banker)
who did have the expertise. One of the witnesses to that hearing (and to other
matters) ie Trevor Eley who was living in Surrey, was visited at his home by
Kent Police and intimidated re me, to the extent that he got a neighbour to put
some defamatory garbage on the internet about myself aided by Fay Williams who
worked for you delivering the UK Column. Do you remember Fay Williams of
Plymouth who had her children removed? Do you remember the deal that she was
offered after I had done some free legal work for her re her children? Do you
remember what she did to my much-loved 2 Golden Retriever dogs? Who or what
motivated Fay? Fay was introduced to me by Ray Rees. After that hearing we
attended, I was made avoidably homeless 6 times in a year with the aim of
trying to section me via the Conservative Party machine once homeless ie I was
homeless in Carlisle, I was homeless in Birmingham, I was homeless in
Bromsgrove, I was homeless in Plymouth, I was homeless in Brede, nr Rye and I
was homeless in Bexhill. Kent Police sent Devon & Cornwall Police to Ray Rees'
home to make me homeless when I was away in Maidstone dealing with a family
emergency involving my daughter both Ray Rees and Fay Williams swung into
action. I lost some of my possessions via what was going on. Why did you not
meet me when I was in Plymouth? Why did you not ever report anything about
these banking crash matters, including what was going on in Plymouth?
2 A witness told me that you did record the hearing. The contents of that
judgment were dynamite, but when I was in Plymouth 6 months later I had the
evidence that the judgment had been completely re-written ie reversed, so why
did you not expose this big-time? Is that not massive news? Brian Gerrish
witnessed a judgment being delivered and he has been supplied by me, in
Plymouth, with the evidence that someone has leaned on Lord Justice Latham, who
then resigned?
3 I believe that your first loyalty as a journalist has been to protect other
journalists and newspaper owners negatively implicated in these matters and
other scandals ie the Kent Messenger, the Daily Mail, the Daily Telegraph, the
Daily Express & the Carlisle-based CN News Group. The UK's biggest ever
policing scandal is "Operation Ore" - 7272 Brits using their credit cards to
view such filth as fathers raping children, 400 of these Brits are part of a
"fat cat" international business network committed to make their network richer
and more powerful. A website was exposed in Texas on 8.9.99, I know from
personal experience that these people knew each other because the attacks on my
businesses and charitable enterprises accelerated in September 99. It became
apparent that someone had done a risk assessment and come to the conclusion
that I was the biggest threat to those on the Kent Operation Ore list, possibly
because in the wake of Princess Diana's death 2 years earlier I had publicly
launched a campaign for children about the need for them to have good role
models. Kent's Operation Ore "fat cats" started on me, and I will not be done
until the whole lot come down. When the website came down there were 5 UK
media barons on the list. In 2000 Desmond bought the Express etc; one of
Maurice Kirk's friends was involved in giving Desmond flying lessons. On the
18th anniversary of Operation Ore (8.9.2017), Trinity Mirror put out a Press
Release about Richard Desmond and his media empire (which they now own, albeit
they have changed their name). The Press Release mentioned that Desmond had
made a fortune out of porn, and that he plays drums with Townsend of the Who.
Townsend of the Who was the only Operation Ore fat cat ever to be arrested.
Prime Minister Tony Blair made some disastrous decisions ie the protection of
nearly 50% on the Operation Ore list (including all 400 "fat cats", the
decision to go to war in Iraq which some believe was in part motivated by Bush
knowing who is on the Operation Ore list, the decision without any overt public
pressure from GPs to massively hike up their salaries and crippling the NHS
with PFIs. I know that some of the Operation Ore fat cats are negatively
implicated in the avoidable crash, and that they made the decision in 2008 to
leave the EU and have been using their newspapers and other means to achieve
this, for their own ends, which may be the right thing for the UK, but I am not
sure that I trust the judgment of those with a history of reckless, unpatriotic
behaviour who have sick and warped minds? Please tell me Brian, what has the
UK Column done to expose "Operation Ore"? My facebook wall has since

4 I know a lot about scandals in the public interest, have you ever reported
on these or about me who is one of the UK's top whistleblowers. Here is a
scoop for you, Brian, the real Chillenden Murderer is an Operation Ore fat cat
- political decisions were made about "solving" the 1996 Chillenden Murders by
Home Secretary Michael Howard - it does not take much journalistic research to
see that there was a Jewish group involved in keeping Michael Stone in prison
for 20+ years. Douglas Lodge in Maidstone used its influence on Nottingham's
Knights Templar Lodge when it came to Michael's Stone's re-trial. Who chairs
IPSO, which Jewish judge?
5 Wasn't there an event last year involving yourself where 2 political parties
were launched ie England Take Back Control and Belinda McKenzie's Children UK?
Both political parties were registered with the Electoral Commission at the
same time at the beginning of August 2017.
6 Eugene Lukjanenko is a child abuser who refuses to change his poor
parenting style - he is autocratic, he does not listen, he talks in monologues
and has never apologised to the child he has abused or paid him any
compensation (neither has Medway Council who should never have returned the
child to Lukjanenko, but did so because of political intervention by Tatjana
Zdanoka MEP (who is Russian/Latvian Jewish). Belinda McKenzie's sponsor &
patron, John Hemming MP undermined the integrity of parliament in December 2014
(see Hansard) when he spoke positively about Sabine McNeil and Belinda
McKenzie's chum, Eugene Lukjanenko. Via the UK Column and the Association of
McKenzie Friends 2 fake Russian child protection cases have received
unwarranted support ie they are distractions. I am a witness to the origins of
these fake cases. Lukjanenko is politically motivated, he wants a Russian
passport and he knows that Russia wants to see the EU broken up. Like Michael
Howard, Lukjanenko has Romanian Jewish parents, but Lukjanenko's parents were
deported from Romania to the Ukraine where he was born. (Howard's father was
Romanian). We know in Kent that when Howard was Home Secretary he instructed
Port Officials to needlessly let in Romanians (males aged 8-30). Why did/do
the UK Column, the Christian Voice, the Daily Mail & the CN Group give any
positive publicity at all to bad father Lukjanenko and his supporter Hemming?
How many times has the UK Column promoted this bad father as a wonderful
father? 4 times, more? The turning of Lukjanenko into a "Legend" has its
origins when Medway Council knowingly returned a boy to him for all the wrong
reasons. Douglas Lodge works to 10 year business plans which will include us
leaving the EU. Cllr Paul Carter is the Leader of Kent County Council and a
member of Maidstone's Douglas Lodge, his brother James Carter, is a family law
solicitor who lives in Medway and who gave Lukjanenko free legal help when he
ran Martin Tolhurst solicitors, why did he do this? The Daily Mail/DMGT is in
business with Russians via its Kensington HQ (it last year sold its 26% stake
in the KM). In 2008 DMGT sold the London Evening Standard to a Russian
Politician & Banker, Lebedev (ex-KGB Lt Col).
Let's look at these 2 Russian fake child protection scandals:- Russian Ella
Draper Gereva aka the Hampstead Case, she went to the Metropolitan Police on
5.9.2014.
How can any police take 2 children aged 8 and 9 seriously when they speak with
confidence about Cafcas? Albeit their neighbour had reported their mother to
children's services for child abuse and child neglect. Lukjanenko had few
friends in December 2014, his friendship circle was limited to people like
Laila Brice who got the involvement of the Latvian Prime Minister in her child
abuse scandal, which quite rightly saw her daughter being removed. His other
close friend from that time is another fellow Russian Jew, Irina Maya
Birdwood-Hedger who lives in Michael Howard's former Kent constituency.
Lukjanenko approached me for help in December 2014 in filming a RT Documentary
"Forced Adoption UK", I was introduced by email to Inin Vadim who I now know is
a RT Producer based in Moscow. The RT film crew flew into the UK from Moscow
in January 2015, I still have the business card of one of them. In May 2015
Inin Vadim emailed a group of us that the documentary had been released, I was
taken aback to see that it starred Lukjanenko and his piano playing when
Lukjanenko had no connection whatsoever with Forced Adoption and his only
previous interest had been in Laila Brice's case. Lukjanenko's Thai child came
to live with him (a total stranger with no common language) when he was 3 and a
half); the boy had been living in a Thai village. Lukjanenko's 4 properties
provided the income to get this boy a private school place. The first reports
to Medway Children's Services were soon after the boy arrived in the UK via NHS
staff and then via neighbours from the age of 6 as the boy was left alone
whilst Lukjanenko took the train to London to gamble. The boy first went into
care when he was 9 years 9 months and there was a fire at home whilst
Lukjanenko was in London. The UK courts rarely start looking for adopters for
10 year-olds, so Forced Adoption was never a consideration for this Thai child.
3 days after RT Moscow released the propaganda documentary "Forced Adoption UK"
(via which Lukjanenko was gaining "friends"), Lukjanenko started to make "999"
calls to get the boy taken back into foster care. Is that a loving parent?
How many parents get their children out of care and then do exactly what will
get their child taken off them again? Lukjanenko told me. The first "999"
call was for emergency psychiatric help for the 12 year-old child. Another
"999" call was to bring Kent Police to the family home to tell the child that
he must obey his father. It was only after 3 "999" calls over a short period
of time that the boy was removed from Lukjanenko's home and went into foster
care, with Lukjanenko's parting shot to the child that the child was to blame
for having to go back into care! The boy was found in the home hiding, there
was broken glass, spent matches, an air gun. Lukjanenko told me that he had to
keep buying a new mobile as the boy was destroying his mobiles and was doing
sexually explicit drawings on the walls of the family home. Police reports
state that Lukjanenko would not listen to the boy when he spoke. The other
Russian case, the Hampstead case, involves children aged 8 and 9 doing sexually
explicit drawings. In November and December 2015 Lukjanenko asked me to do his
Medway County Court appeal, that was when I had to see court documents and
information that had been withheld from me. Lukjanenko was offered by Medway
Council an opportunity to get the child back, all he had to do was to agree to
VIG Counselling paid for by Medway Council. This was to help Lukjanenko to
listen to the child when he spoke ie not to talk over him and ignore what the
child said. It was intended that this VIG Counselling would take place around
supervised contact sessions ie the session would be filmed and played back to
Lukjanenko with a counsellor to help change from an autocratic communication
style to one that was more empowering and less upsetting to a child.
Lukjanenko refused to do this one course to get more contact and the child
back. Someone who loves and misses their child normally would jump at this
opportunity, but not Lukjanenko. Moreover he should no remorse for what he had
done and refused to say "sorry" to the child for what he had done to him. I
only do free legal work where I genuinely believe that it is in the "best
interests" of a child to be re-united with a parent. I hoped that by refusing
to help Lukjanenko might be persuaded to take up the offer of this course, but
he is still producing facebook videos saying that the boy wants him to change,
but Lukjanenko says "why should I change?" Perhaps autocratic dictators cannot
change? Perhaps at 60+ he is too old? Perhaps it is political? Lukjanenko
has now got 4,000 facebook friends and he is a "legend", he is getting the
applause that he used to get years ago when he was a concert pianist. But what
about the boy? He is 16, the boy chose his foster carers - a psychologist, her
husband is a school-teacher - he is in a therapeutic placement in my view.
The Lukjanenko case is a public interest case. Both Lukjanenko and Medway
Council owe the boy compensation. Neither wants to pay up or have bad
publicity.
2 years after the RT Moscow Forced Adoption UK documentary was released showing
Lukjanenko and the boy happily together playing the piano etc, it started to
become obvious that this RT documentary was the basis for future crimes. So on
5.5.2017 Lukjanenko climbed on the roof of Remain MP Edward Timpson's home with
live streams on facebook about "Forced Adoption" with Belinda McKenzie's pal in
Portsmouth, Kellie Cottam, egging on Lukjanenko from her Facebook page, "Forced
Adoption Exposed" inciting attacks on Edward Timpson's father's businesses
(even though barrister MP Timpson is not involved in his father's businesses).
I attach details of the "Interested Parties" to my Brexit challenge where it
can be seen that Edward Timpson's father is an "Interested Party" since
8.8.2016.
On 5.9.2017 Lukjanenko climbed onto the roof of Medway Council early in the
morning, with live streams onto facebook. This was a pre-determined event to
co-incide with the Daily Mail breaking that morning the news about John Hemming
and Esther Baker. Lukjanenko was egged on that day from facebook by Hemming's
employee Tim Haines, delighted by the Lukjanenko distraction to the news about
Hemming. Hemming's Justice for Families Ltd was founded when? 2008. Kent
Freedom Movement was founded when? KFM has been used to train up Maidstone
fake and distraction truthers eg Dave Witcher post the banking crash etc.
Maidstone has 8 facebook truthers to my knowledge who put out genuine news,
fake news and distraction news whilst attacking me whenever they get the
opportunity, whilst openly showing they work with Lukjanenko in the same cause
eg Tobe Hayden Leigh. Russian Lukjanenko on the roof of Medway Council
5.9.2017 - this is the 3rd anniversary of when Russian Ella Draper (5.9.2014)
when to the Met Police with her children's allegations about a Church of
England church. In June 2015 (just after Lukjanenko deliberately sent his
child back into care), another Russian in the ring living in Westminster,
Juliana Kennedy sent me in the post my first android mobile phone as a thank
you gift. It has a Russian message on it, but I now know that it has a tracker
on it and facebook has provided me the evidence that my mobile links to Yannis
Emmanouel's son's mobile. Both Yannis and his son are friends of Kennedy who
was visited their Horsham home and sold her car to the son; facebook evidence
says that the son's mobile links to my facebook even though I have never known
this mobile number. Both Yannis and Lukjanenko have been facebook hate crime
leaders against me. Yannis started unexpectedly on me on 7.6.2016 whilst
working for the Daily Mail as a "researcher" (attached), he was supported by
Belinda McKenzie, Tim Haines, Fay Williams and Cllr Paul Carter of Douglas
Lodge. On 6.9.2017 Lukjanenko was released from custody by Kent Police and
that day he put up onto youtube a hate video about me so that now when anyone
"googles" "Yolande Kenward" they see Lukjanenko's hate video as well.
On 16.10.17 Lukjanenko failed to lead a group of 5 into 10 Downing Street to
meet Theresa May, 2 of this group of heard on 16.10.2018 that they were going
to prison for 16 weeks. It clearly is not right to compromise the Prime
Minister internationally via such a meeting, when it is known that one of the 5
is a child abuser; with Brexit matters so important there is no time to discuss
the rights of child abusers. That evening of 16.10.2017 one of Lukjanenko's
supporters, Donna Hopkinson (a total stranger to me) launched via facebook a
hate video about me - she did a second hate video on 17.10.2017 against myself
and Clare Douglas with supportive material from the KM about what the KM allege
was done to me in 2009 and in 2010 as part of the Banking Crash cover-up in
Maidstone. What the KM allege happened did not happen as after I was driven
out of Kent in 2005 I never lived there again until April 2011; the KM were
defaming me yet again and must pay up. I attach what the Medway Magistrates
emailed me on 7.8.2018 in response to my complaint of 3.8.2018; they have no
cases in my name on their system.
Lukjanenko freely admits that he chose to put himself into prison last November
and he is talking about repeating the exercise again now. Due to Lukjanenko
refusing the VIG Counselling his supervised contact was only 4 times a year,
but after super-hero child abuser and Medway YOI/IICSA Panorama distractor,
Lukjanenko had put himself in prison "rewards" came his way via Medway Council.
Maurice Kirk was being treated appallingly in Parc Prison whilst the opposite
was true of Lukjanenko (a child abuser and Russian Agent), the Thai boy was
brought to see Lukjanenko in Elmley Prison where Lukjanenko emotionally abused
him. Medway Council persisted in trying to help Lukjanenko, they offered to
increase his contact to 24 times a year this year (from 4 times) - I warned
Medway Council that the boy was at risk of abduction, but they gave Lukjanenko
unsupervised contact in Rochester. But the boy was frightened of abduction
that after that there was no more unsupervised contact and contact was reduced
to 12 times a year. Lukjanenko speaks in Russian to the boy in contact without
an interpreter and passes him letters from child abusers from all over the
world during contact sessions. The Medway Roof incident was in the Medway
Magistrates Court on 11.10.2018 as a consequence of what happened at the trial
every children's social worker is at a greater risk of being a victim of crime.
I therefore insist, Brian, that you put right this situation.
7 Common purpose has been used as a distraction. There is a freemason
struggle going on and I am on the right side.
3 days ago I launched my global child project. We are campaigning for stiffer
sentences and hefty fines for those who cover up for child abuse; the income
thus generated we want to be used to compensate victims of child abuse and to
lift children out of poverty. Our global steering committee is coming together
well.
I am not a very angry lady. I am angry with you, Brian, and all the years of
wasted opportunities and avoidable suffering. I look forward to seeing you put
things right via UK Column broadcasts at the earliest opportunity. My
perception is that you could aid my vision of Justice for All but you chose not
to and indeed impedes it.

BG will defend himself stating that he was active promoting the crime
