There's nothing going on the next few weeks with PAS, so we have a moment
to catch our breaths and think...
I'm looking for events* you have not been paid for.*
Do look through your email to make sure a check disbursement wasn't already
issued, before you say you
didn't get the check, and then see if you got the check, via your bank
deposit, please.
I'm going to make a list here, of what has happened, what i show I sent out
check disbursements for, and what still needs (in bold) to have a check
sent out to you. What i would like is some help going through these to
verify what checks are missing.
I went to the new PAS mail box last night and 3 checks were in the mail. I
was expecting more than three. That probably means i need to hit the old
PAS Mail box and see if anything came in while i was in Disneyland. In the
mean time, any help you can give is appreciated.
*Paid *= Check disbursement was sent out.
*Cancelled* = event was cancelled, never happened.
*Processing *= I'm processing this check disbursement today.
This is in no particular order and it is also not chronological. It is in
the order my notes are in front of me and this will be a very long email. I
suggest you find your events you attended, by date, and see the status that
way for quick reference.
Also, if any of you are receiving monies from PAS for several of the checks
that came in, note that Eric tends to combine checks. Read the note he
includes with your check - the memo, so you know what you got paid for.
