I haven't sent out an invoice to either of these evnets, so Let's
have you update your status on the evnet you wish to do, after considering
the suggestions by Sam.
Sam writes: Terri, what about Phx College Feb 16. Is that still on? Don
and I said we could do it. Also Ted Blank said he could do it. I now
suggest Don and I do Phx College with Mike, and Ted doing Anasazi in NE
Scottsdale which is much closer to Ted who lives in Fountain Hills. That
still leaves an opening for a scope at Anasazi. Mike has rsvp'd for Phx
College and Anasazi so he needs to choose which event he will attend. Ted,
Don, Mike and Terri please reply with what you want to do. Sam
Feb 16 has 2 events, and i need to get the invoices out so both events knows
who and what scope is attending their event. And i have to post these
invoices by this Friday,
so work with me to complete this project. I thank you in advance.

That was the approved scopes,
but Sam is asking me to change the attendance.

which is weird becuase Sam, Don and Mike can't be at both events at the
same time.

"YES"
I need to know what i'm doing with these two events.
And the school requested 5 scopes and Mike,
and I feel I should provide MIKE since he was requested for Anasazi school,
but that is up to Mike as to which event he attends.
Sam, i know you are Don's ride to which ever one you attend.
So, Sam and Don travel to an event together.

Let's get these two events figured out, please.
If you can't make it to either, and you already RSVP's as "NO" on one
event, such as
Bruce and I have, there is no need to pop over to the other event and add
another "NO"
to the rsvp. I already see you can't make it to either event. Thanks for
the update.

I guess we can do this event without you. It doesn't make any money for
you, if you want to look at it that way
Mar 24 is the Japanese Garden access for those who did the Japanese Garden
event in October. Free access
for you + 1.
I see nothing else keeping you in Phoenix. If we have everything else
covered, then
have a fun, safe trip.
That does mean we don't have any time in the schedule for a reschedule of
the Messier Marathon.
If I have everything correct, go enjoy some time with your family.
Thanks for the update, please confirm the dates you are departing and
returning so i have it on my calendar
