Good morning PAS Members,
I'm looking for an additional activity to do at the PAS Social this year.
Here's what I believe the Social activities Line up will look like (some of
these may or may not happen):
Annual Dart game - weather permitting
White Dwarf Gift Exchange - happening
Trivia hosted by Kevin? I'm hoping.
Bean Bag Toss hosted by Sam - YES!
We need prizes, donations of things to wrap and provide for the prizes for
the games.
You can give me those items unwrapped prior to the Social, or you can bring
them wrapped to the Social. Please don't bring them unwrapped to the
Social, i won't have time to wrap them there.
I also need to know who is attendance, as it makes a difference on some of
these games, as to how they happen. Example, if only 10 people are
attending the Social, then we don't need 4 dart boards. 2 boards will work
just fine for 10 people. But if 20 are attending, we need all 4 dart
boards. So, please, put in your RSVP. And RSVP is required.
Plus, being current on your PAS Membership is also required. You are not
attending if your membership isn't current. And I want you to attend!
And the food. Please sign up in Perfect potluck with the main dish you are
bringing. Main dishes of food are requested or large side dishes. And we
sign up in PErfect Potluck so we don't have too many of the same foods at
dinner.. So if you see someone sign up with your food item, pick another
item to bring to enhance the dining experience. Thank you.

4pm Socializing
*4:30 Dinner begins - don't be late*
6pm Games begin

We hope to see you there. Send me your ideas. I really want to make this
year's party better than any previous parties. Although, thanks to the
ideas of Alex and Kevin last year, it will be rough topping last year's
event!
