Good grief, half of the year is gone already. I can't believe how fast
time flashes by. The Earth is farthest from the Sun in July and then
starts moving back to its closest point in winter.
Anyway, since time apparently is getting out of hand for me I thought I
would send out July's show offerings early least I blink my eyes and find
myself well into the month having forgotten to do so.
On Saturday July 9th at 3 pm the "Introduction To The Planetarium and the
Night Sky" show will run.
On Saturday July 16th at 3 pm the often requested attempt to do a facsimile of
a 70's laser light show will run with the classic Pink Floyd "Dark Side Of
The Moon" album.
On Saturday July 23rd at 3 pm the topic will be "Rambling Through Summer
Sky's" a look at what constellations to look for after dark and some of
the ancient Greek and Roman stories about them.
As usual, please RSVP with number of seats required, date, time, of show
requested. Please also remember that "The Star Barn" is a "primitive"
facility without bathroom facilities. Please plan accordingly.
Also if you no longer wish to receive these updates, just return an email
with "delete" in the subject line and you will be banished forever.
