Eric,
if you want to lend her your scope, you can. I'm ok with that. Terry Dancer
also offered.
Remember, it was for a weekend, so i'm assuming she would want it for
Friday and Saturday nights. And the amount to charge, would be up to you.
And how you set that up is also up to you. If you want to use a booking
doc, so you have liability insurance, then donate 10% of what you bring in
to PAS for the insurance.
I'm good with those ideas. And i'm even better with the idea that Eric
wants to be there while she is using the scope. So, you really need to
figure out how you want to do this.

Leah, go ahead and hook up Eric and Terry with the gal, and let them take
over from there. They can decide. And then, who ever does this event, write
a brief review of how it was. You don't have to mention you lend your
scope, as that isn't something we want to advertise.

Thank you both, Eric and Terry for offering.

And Alex, it is a great idea, but I don't' think the scopes are ready to be
borrowed. And yes, for $25 to join the club, a member can borrow a scope,
and the plan is to lend it out for a week or a month, what ever it is
agreed up on, so long as the scope comes back undamaged and if something is
damaged, there is a fee collected, or the damaged item can be replaced by
the borrower.

I do plan to get that option figured out this school year. Already we are
so booked with stuff, i have to find a weekend to go over to Bruce's and
make the rental form and figure out the agreement to go with it, and then
we can advertise that PAS members can do this.

Everyone have a super day
Terri
