I'm working with my contact to figure out the best place to put the star
party, but i also just sent out an email to the star tours team, to* help
me decide* where the best place is to set up the star party, so that we
can hopefully have them rope off the area for the telescopes, earlier in
the day, to keep cars out of the area for the scopes.

If you aren't on this list, you aren't approved to assist and get a day
pass to get in to Leprecon for free. Well, in trade for doing the star
party.
They may also feed us, so they need to know that we are attending, so
don't wait to put in your RSVP.
If you want to help with handouts or crowd control, please RSVP and put
that in your RSVP.
We can definitely use more scopes on both days.

We might want to do Friday night, but at the moment, i don't see
anyone on Friday night. I would predict, based on what we did last year,
that Friday and Saturday would be the best nights to do this type of event.
