[Pack163] Overnight Cabin Campers for Winter Jamboree !!!(still spots open!)

Hi Overnighters!
The Info is not so good this year due to new work schedules and such but better
late than never I always say !!!
The families who have stayed over before know the drill ,but we have a couple
new people so I will go over everything spacific to Cabin Campers.
***I need health forms for overnighters, all sections except the doctor part,
it
is on the attachment***
* Arrival is anytime after 5:30PM If your coming in after dark try to
be
quiet(directions attached)
* We are in the Rotary cabin(same as prior years) .H on the camp map
attached
* You can park in the cabin parking area, just be sure to park tight so
all the
cars can fit
* We will be moving the cars to the main lot in the morning so we have
space
for the Scouts and then you can move them back in the evening after the event
* Bring a snack or drink to share(no soda)
* you can bring games or books (no electronics)
* Sleeping bag or bedding, Warm clothes, PJs or sweats, Slippers or
warm socks,
Toiletries And your FUN face!
* Eat before you arrive or bring a Bag dinner, We will provide
breakfast,lunch,dinner and breakfast
* Cabin Campers will help set-up and tear down or run the events,
Scouts Too!
